By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed below. For any questions, contact me ! ♥

  • Ship with Actors/ Real people

  • Buildings or any type of interiror of building

Basics

  • Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.

  • I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.

  • I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

  • My deadline is 2 days to 1 month depending on the number of commissions I have. It may be a bit more if I struggle, please excuse me if this is happening ♥

  • Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @vidia.the.sphinx.

  • Changing your username mid-commission is a risk for me to not find you back on my dms. The commission will be canceled if I can't find you.

  • If anything bothers you in any way or if you have questions about any part before, during or after the commission, feel free to ask me :D I'm here to help you !

  • I want you to have a good moment while working with me so do not hesitate to talk to me about your concerns ! If you have payment issues after the commission, if you don't feel confortable with anything or else. I would like us to be very transparent towards another so the experience can go smoothly ! ♥

Payment

  • PayPal & Stripe only !

  • I ask for the payment when the sketch is approved by you.

  • I refund customs BUT they can not be used or claim as your own.

  • Payment Plans are Accepted ! (2 months MAX to pay, you can choose the amount of transfer.)

  • If you have a unfinished payment with me, you are not allowed to take a commission until it's fully paid.

Process

  • Once the commission is started, I will send WIPs at the sketch and flat colored phase. At the sketch phase, every changes are free and unlimited. At the flat colored phase, any changes on the lineart will be charged. Color changes are free.

  • Once it's done, minor changes may be asked.

  • Asking for changes is perfectly okay and even prefered ! I want you to leave my DMs with an accurate drawing, something you are happy about ! So please do not hesitate to ask ! ♥

Commission

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the TOS !

Dictionnary

  • Cell Shading A simple shading style. Great to bring a bit of life and depth into a drawing without adding any weight.

  • Complete Shading A more complex shading style that helps the drawing looking the most detailed possible.

Reference Sheet

Here is the list of what I can add on the reference sheet and the cost. When taking a reference sheet commission, just add everything you want together to have your final price. Reference sheet are always provided flat colored.

  • 1 Fullbody - 80€ (naked, with clothes, back view, front view,...)

  • 1 Additional Fullbody - 40€ (I re-use the first fullbody so I don't have to re-draw it entierly)

  • 1 Headshot - 40€ (profil view, front view,...)

  • 1 Close up - 5~10€ (accessories, scars, eyes, face,...)

  • Some things are free (name, colors, lore,...)
